Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress who has been recognized for her skills. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the eldest of three kids who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith who was a psychologist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed heritage.
