Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress who has been recognized for her skills. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the eldest of three kids who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith who was a psychologist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Her father was a professional who often moved her family. She had a difficult time making or keeping her acquaintances. Moore started acting in play after she relocated with her family to Germany. In 1983, she earned the Master of Fine Arts at Boston University. in Theater. Following graduation, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. In 1985, she made her on-screen debut on The Edge of Night. It was in 1986 that she made her breakthrough in which she was cast as the character as Sabrina Hughes as well as Frannie Hughes in The World Changes. In 1988, she was a part-time actor on the series and was awarded an Daytime Emmy Award. Her film debut came in the year 1990, with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie the film she later described as a horrible low-budget movie. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), both Robert Altman productions, were her debut films. The latter production, for which Moore won numerous awards as well as praise from critics. Moore was first cast as a lead in Safe (1996). In 1997 the actress career reached a turning point after Steven Spielberg cast her to play the lead role in Jurassic Park: The Lost World that became one of 1997's highest-grossing movies. She was awarded an SAG nomination in 1999 for the part she was in Magnolia which was a highly praised film. The Hours was her co-starring performance in 2002. it earned nine Academy Award nominations with Nicole Kidman. Her other films are The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), among others. Non-Stop aired in the year 2014. Moore has appeared in countless movies and TV series. Most recently, she starred as the lead character in You Finish Saving The World (2022). In Hollywood, she has also become a published author for kids. She published her first book Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and became an N.Y.T. bestseller, which led to the adaptation into a novel and musical. Her 2013 book, My Mom is A Foreigner also became a top-selling. Moore's private life was revealed as she is a accomplished author and actor. Moore married John Robin back in 1984 after which they divorced in 1996. Bart Freundlich is the father of two of her children.
